• Customers accessing unofficial websites are potentially affected by digital crime.
• The use of passwords that are easy to guess (passwords with sequential numbers, dates of birth) has the potential to be misused by unauthorized parties.
• The SMS network is unstable so it is slow to send OTP.
• Internet network instability can cause the transaction process to be smooth or last longer.
• Providing confidential personal information to others may lead to abuse of authority.
• Loss of confidential devices and data that can be easily accessed or known to others.
• Weak monitoring due to rarely accessing services can cause suspicious transactions not to be detected early.

Requirements and Procedures

1. Internet Banking Individual:
   1. Already have a deposit account at CCB Indonesia.
   2. Have an active email account and mobile number registered with CCB Indonesia.
2. Questions regarding the utilization of Individual Internet Banking services can be submitted to the e-Channel Operation Help Desk (021) 5663809 - (021) 5668292 or can be submitted to the Branch office when opening internet banking services for the first time.

Cost

1. There is no charge for using internet banking services.
2. General costs related to products are as follows:
