• Internet network instability can cause the transaction process to be smooth or last longer.

Requirements and Procedures

1. Internet Banking Individual:
   1. Already have a saving account account at CCB Indonesia.
   2. Have an active email account and mobile number registered with CCB Indonesia.
2. Questions regarding the utilization of Individual Internet Banking services can be submitted to the e-Channel Operation Help Desk (021) 5663809 - (021) 5668292 or can be submitted to the Branch office when opening internet banking services for the first time.

1. There is no charge for using internet banking services.
