Referring to OJK letter No. SR-512/PB.02/2024 dated November 28, 2024 concerning Submission of Decisions on the Results of Fit and Proper Assessment (PKK) on the Appointment of Members of Board of Commissioners of PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia Tbk, we hereby convey the appointment of Mr. Qi Jiangong as Non-Independent President Commissioner and Ms. Guo Meijun as Non-Independent Commissioner, thus the composition of Board of Commissioners of the Company is as follows:

−         Non-Independent President Commissioner: Qi Jiangong

−         Non-Independent Commissioner                  : Guo Meijun

−         Independent Commissioner   : Mohamad Hasan

−         Independent Commissioners : Yudo Sutanto, Nyoo
