  1. What is the website address if the Customer wants to use IB Corporate services?
  2. Can individual customers register and enjoy IB Corporate services?
    • No, IB Corporate is only specifically intended for Non-Individual Customers (companies / business entities).
  3. Can one corporate or company get more than one Corporate ID (CID) in IB Corporate services?
    • Customers can only register 1 CIF for 1 CID.
  4. Are IB Corporate customers required to have an account at CCB Indonesia?
    • Every Customer using IB Corporate must have an account at CCB Indonesia.
  5. What if the customer is not in front of a PC/laptop when going to transact through IB Corporate services?
    • Corporate IB services are website-based (Web Based) so in addition to PCs / laptops can still be used on gadgets such as tablets, smartphones that have internet browsers.
  6. How safe is the transaction with IB Corporate services?
    • For transaction security, every transaction must be equipped with a Secret Code (approval code) in the form of a one-time password (OTP) that always changes every time you make a transaction.
  7. How long does SLA token take to be received by the Customer?
    • Maximum 2 working days for Jabodetabek.
    • Maximum 5 working days outside Jakarta.
  8. What changes can the Customer make to IB Corporate?
    • Change of account number.
    • Changes in company limits.
    • Changes in the User's transaction limit.
    • Changes of user data.
    • Changes to access rights.
  9. What types of IB Corporate services are currently active?

  10. Is there a transaction limit in IB Corporate?
    • Yes. CCB Indonesia sets a maximum limit for financial transactions, both per transaction and per day.

  12. What is the process flow if the CCB Token of the Corporate Customer is lost?
    • If the CCB Token is lost, the Customer can apply for blocking and replacing the Token to the Bank.
    • Customers / users can contact Help Desk e – Channel Operation CCB Indonesia to block.
    • Help Desk e-Channel Operation will verify customer / user data before blocking the data in question including: corporate ID, full name, user ID, mobile number, email address, and identity card number. The data is data registered in the internet banking system.
    • CCB Token replacement is submitted in writing (using the application form by selecting CCB Token change) by the Customer through the nearest CCB Indonesia branch where you first registered for IB Corporate Services.
  13. What is the process flow if the token is locked? (locked)?
    • Token will be automatically locked when customer incorrectly input PIN 10 times in a row. Contact Help Desk e – Channel Operation CCB Indonesia 021-5663809 or 021-5668292.
  14. What if the Corporate IB Web is blocked due to incorrect password input?
    • IB Corporate Web will be automatically locked/blocked if you enter the wrong password 3 times. To turn it on:
      • Click reset password or forgot password.
      • Make sure your email is active and accessible to you.
      • Or contact Help Desk e – Channel Operation CCB Indonesia 021-5663809 or021-5668292.
  15. How does the customer know that each transaction/authorization has been successful?
    • There will be a page that provides information if the transaction is successful or failing, and customers will get a notification email that will be sent to the email address as stated in the opening application form.
  16. What is the function of the mailbox in the IB Corporate Website menu?
    • Customers can only read messages / info about CCB Indonesia and maintenance schedules from CCB Indonesia.
  17. Where can customers get guidelines for using tokens?
  18. What are the means of authenticating transactions?
    • For Maker, Checker, and Releaser/Approval level users in addition to using User ID and Password, it comes with a token (secret code) as well.
  19. 19. Does each transaction process in IB Corporate require different people to carry out each step of the transaction?
    • Yes, it depends on the type of control desired by the Corporate Customer and the determination of the user level determined by the Customer selected in the registration form.
    • Here are some terms in the user tier at IB Corporate;
      • Maker: The user who inputs the transaction.
      • Checker: The user who checks the transactions inputted by the Maker.
      • Releaser: User who approves a transaction that has previously been checked by the Checker.
