    • Single Individual Customer or account owner acting on behalf of the Customer from Savings and Current Account (Individual Current Account) products.
  2. Who can use ATM CCB Indonesia Facility?
    • CCB Indonesia Customers.
    • Customers from other Banks to be able to access their accounts, but there are restrictions on the transaction menu for Customers from other Banks.
  3. What makes ATM CCB Indonesia cards blocked?

    • Cash withdrawals by customers at Bank CCB Indonesia ATM machines and at other Bank ATM machines, but the money does not come out while the customer's balance is debited.
    • Transfer to another Bank account (debit transfer), but the funds are not credited to the destination account at the other Bank, while the customer's balance is debited, where the settlement of this condition is usually never refunded but directly forwarded to the correct destination account.
    • Transfer between CCB Indonesia Account fails with the condition that the account is debited, while the destination account is not credited.
    • Failed payments and purchases, but the balance on the account was debited.
  15. How long is the deadline for submitting a claim by a Customer holding an ATM CCB Indonesia related to the transaction?
    • The maximum time limit for transactions that can be claimed by CCB Indonesia ATM cardholder Customers is 90 (ninety) working days from the date of the transaction made by the Customer.
  16. What are the ways that can be done to close CCB Indonesia ATM card?
    • Customers can close the ATM card based on a written request.
    • The application for ATM card closure is submitted through the nearest CCB Indonesia branch of the relevant Customer's account manager.
