About Info
IB Individual (IBI) is an electronic banking service provided by CCB Indonesia so that Customers can conduct banking transactions from their accounts through the internet network without the need to come to the Branch again.
Get various conveniences in banking transactions that can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
Facilities and Benefits
- Website-based electronic banking services provided by CCB Indonesia for Customers without the need to come to the Branch again.
- Supported in 3 languages (Indonesian, English and Mandarin).
- Check balance and check account mutation anywhere and anytime.
- Can make fund transfer transactions with a transaction limit of up to IDR 1.5 billion per day.
- It features transfer now, scheduled transfer and periodic transfer.
- Help menu (User Activation, Forgot Username, Forgot Password, and Internet Banking Demo).
- Can be used by all CCB Indonesia Customers if they have registered at a branch office.
- Notification of transaction activity is sent via email.
Requirement
- Customers are required to have an account at CCB Indonesia.
- Customer has a mobile phone number (registered in Indonesia).
- Customer has an email registered in the CCB Indonesia system.
- Customer submits a copy of a valid e-KTP and shows the original when applying for registration at the Branch office.
- Account ownership documents, such as passbooks (for savings accounts).
- Customer fills out and signs the registration form available at the nearest branch of CCB Indonesia.
- Customers who only have a join account cannot be accommodated in this service.
Registration Process
- Registration for IB Individual services can be done at the nearest CCB Indonesia Branch office by filling out and signing the IB Individual service registration form.
- Customer submits supporting documents for IB Individual registration (valid e-KTP and passbook for savings customers).
- Check the completeness of filling in the registration form and confirm the Customer's data.
- Explain to the Customer about the features and services of IB Individual.
- Ask the Customer to read the Terms and Conditions and sign the registration form if the Customer agrees with the Terms and Conditions.
- Submit the form to CCB Indonesia officers for registration and verification process.
- Informing the Customer that:
- After the registration process is approved by the Bank, the Customer will receive an activation code via SMS.
- The activation code is used by the Customer to activate the IB Individual service, as well as create a User ID and Password.
Activation Process
- After registration at the nearest branch, please activate immediately.
- The activation period can only be done 1x24 hours from the process of filling out the form at the Branch for IB Individual activation.
- Then the Customer opens the CCB Indonesia Website through https://idn.ccb.com
- Customers who have entered the CCB Indonesia Website, then select internet banking.
- Next, the Customer chooses IB Individual.
- Customers who have registered for an Individual IB will receive an Activation Code SMS.
- Customers who have received an activation code, continue to click User Activation.
- Then the Customer enters the Smartphone number registered at CCB Indonesia, the account number at CCB Indonesia, the activation code received via SMS, enter the security code as given, select continue.
- Furthermore, the Customer will be asked to create a User ID and Password.
- The Customer will receive an SMS notification regarding the Customer's active Individual IB Account.
- Customers who already have a User ID and Password, continue to log in to IB Individual.
- After activation, IB Individual services can be used for financial transactions and non-financial transactions.
